Lewisville is a residential community of more than 13,000 in western Forsyth County, North Carolina. While the town was incorporated in 1991, it has a long history as a township dating back to the 1700s. One of the reasons the residents decided to incorporate was to retain our small town feel, and a great deal of time and effort have gone into planning for future growth.
Lewisville has a reputation for being proactive in maintaining its small town ambience and for fostering a strong sense of community. Shallowford Square is the focal point for downtown, and the wide variety of events that take place there each year are an important part of what make Lewisville a great place to live and to raise a family.
